- [Narrator] There are a couple of different ways to create a garage floor, and in this example, we need to go to our A-Basement level view. Here in the A-Basement level, if we zoom down, this backside of the building is where the garage will be ultimately located at, and we need to have a slab that starts up here and then slopes down toward where the garage doors are located at. Ultimately, these garage doors will probably need to be lower than what they currently are so that they're flush wherever that slope of the garage floor ends up being at. So to determine where that slope needs to be at or how far down it actually goes, here at the back doors, what we need to do is come up here to the Architecture tab and start drawing a floor. Next, underneath Properties, here on the type selector list, let's use this Concrete Slab - 4".
