Creating visibility parameters

- In this video, I want to show you an approach to controlling visibility that's very focused on a particular family. So what we can do is actually create a visibility parameter, and like other parameters, that means that it will belong to that family and it will be focused on something very specific within that family. So we can use visibility parameters as a toggle switch to be able to turn on and off different parts of the family without having to create a whole new family or without having to control that visibility in a global way. So there's a couple really simple examples here in this model. If you look at any of these appliances they all have this text label on them, so if I select the range right here, that text label is controlled by a toggle switch, so I could go to edit type with the range selected, and there's a parameter here called Show Label, I could just simply uncheck that, click apply, and the…
