Creating thickened slabs

- Sometimes we need to thicken our slab edge around the perimeter. This video will show you how to do just that. The objective of this video is to create a slab edge. We'll modify the size and material then add it to the model. To get started, let's jump into our Structural model. Let's go down to Level 1 Structural Plan. Let's go to the Structure tab, now let's go to Slab, but let's click the drop down and let's go Floor Slab Edge. Let's click on Edit Type. For the profile, I want to get something a lot thicker. Let's click the drop down and let's grab M Slab Edge Thickened 900 x 450 millimeters. For the Material, let's click into where it says By Category, let's click on the Builder button, and let's select Concrete Cast-in-Place gray. Let's click Okay. Let's click Okay again. Now I'm gonna go ahead and select this line right here, but before we hit the rest of them let's make sure it looks good. Hit escape a couple times. Let's open up our section.
