Creating schedules
- [Voiceover] Now that you have all sorts of information in your model, wouldn't it be nice to start creating some automatic schedules? Since all the hard work has been done, let's mine some data. Let's create a mechanical equipment schedule, and then we'll look at piping schedule to calculate how much pipe is actually going into the building. To get started, let's go to the view tab. On the create panel, let's click the schedules drop down. Let's go to schedule, quantities. I wanna scroll down to mechanical equipment. Let's click okay. Let's bring in family and type. Let's bring in Mark. Let's go ahead and bring in type Mark. Also, we'll bring in type comments. Let's click okay. So here we have it. Here's all the mechanical equipment in our model. Let's start changing some information. First thing I want to do is our VAV. Let's give it a mark. That's also gonna be VAV-One. Hit enter. Now, what you can see is, now that we've done this, this actually enters the information into that…
