Creating ramps

- Ramps are just like stairs, only sometimes they're easier, sometimes they're a little harder. See, with a ramp, really all you need to know is how long to make it, the top elevation, and the bottom elevation. The objective of this video is to create a concrete ramp. So, to get started, let's jump into Revit. Let's go down to level one structural plan. I'm gonna zoom in over here, I'm gonna move my rebar tag, my ramp is gonna go from here down over to the right. So let's go to the Architecture tab, let's click the Ramp button. Now in my Properties, let's set my Base Offset to -361. My Top Offset wants to be 858. I wanna go from Level 1, to actually, Level 1. I'm gonna click Apply. Now I'm gonna come in here, and I'm gonna pick a point right about here. I'm gonna come straight down till I'm out past the wall a little bit, and I'm gonna pick a point here, and I'm gonna come down just a hair, I'm gonna come over just like this to create a landing.
