Creating a profile-based door panel
- [Narrator] In this video we're going to work on the door panel of our custom door family. Now I want to leverage a couple concepts that we've been talking about throughout the course. So of course one will be using the profile family that we've already been working with to shape our door panel. And then of course the advantage of that is that the same profile is shaping both the opening and the panel. Another thing that I want to leverage is the discussion we had about controlling rotation. So in some of the earlier videos you'll remember that we talked about building a rotation rig and we actually created a door panel example at that time that could be used to create doors that had flexible door swings. So I'm going to load that family into this family right now and we're going to use that to create our door panel. So that'll be our first step.
