Creating a new color fill legend for areas

- [Instructor] We're starting another chapter now in our course and what we're going to be looking at now is developing a color fill legend for the areas, so that we can display rentable area, and we can display gross building area by way of highlighting in color on a plan view. Now, in order to do that, we have a Revet file for you, it's 1031SoutheastMadison06.rvt, make sure you download that Revet file from the library, the 06 one, because it's got all of the areas and the area boundaries that we've created in previous chapters, and then once you're in that particular file make sure you go to the Area Plans Rentable in the project browser, and you want to be in the 001 Ground area plan. Now, this goes back to the previous chapter where I was talking about categories in the project browser. Revet, because you've got the area plans, gross building and area plans rentable, will know which type of area you're working with, whether it's gross building or rentable in this particular case.…
