Creating footprint roofs

- [Instructor] In this video we're going to create some roofs for our building. Now there's a few different ways we can create roofs and we're going to start with the simplest one which is the roof by footprint. Now roof by footprint is very similar to creating floors that we looked at in the previous video. So if you watched the previous video you already kind of know basically what we need to do to create a roof by footprint. The first thing you might want to do is switch to a plan that's a little more appropriate for your roof. I'm down here on the level 1 floor plan, but perhaps I want to be up here in the high roof plan instead. Next I'm going to go to the architecture tab on my build panel and I just want to use the default option here on the roof button. But if you click the drop down it's just the first item on the list, roof by footprint, but either one is fine. You can click it in both locations. So now that I'm in roof by footprint notice that that takes me to sketch mode…
