- [Instructor] We're in another Revit project now, called RevitProject_ELEMENTS.rvt. And as usual, you can download that from the website to use as the exercise file for the video. The elements we're going to look at, floors, ceilings, and roofs. They're all system families and you use them when you're modeling to generate buildings and architectural models when you're working in Revit. So at the moment, you can see that I'm in the level zero floor plan in the project browser. So we're going to place a floor into our little building first. So we're actually at floor level in level zero. So we go to the architecture tab and we click on the fly out here and just select floor architectural. And you'll see in your properties here in the type selector, you've got various floors available for you to use in this particular project. I don't mind which floor you use.
