Creating a door panel

- [Instructor] In this lesson we're going to add the door panel to the family. We finally get to do a simple extrusion. Okay, the perimeter will be simple; but it'd be cool if the door was a style and rail type door with either a glass or a wood insert. So let's do it. Open your door up if you don't already have it open. Or you can open the door radius header panel or click open. Browse through where you're keeping your exercise files. I'll grab this panel, click open. Now, I want to go to my exterior elevation; but what I'm looking at here is this reference plane. If you select it, notice that it has a name exterior. That's good to know. So, in our elevations let's go to exterior. I want to do an extrusion. So to do that, if we go to the create tab and we click extrusion, we don't know where that extrusion's going to be. As a matter of fact, I think it's set for the center of the wall.
