- [Instructor] In this video we're going to create a new project from a template and then configure some of its settings to get started. So over here in the models area of the recent file screen, I'll click new. The default is that very simple architectural template that we looked at in the previous video. And we could use that but actually I prefer to use the commercial default template instead which has a little bit more set up to it. So I'm going to click browse here and then I'll choose commercial default. If you don't have access to this file I've provided it with the exercise files. So I'll go ahead and click open here and then okay. Once we get in here for this video, we're going to focus on just some of the overall project wide settings. So there's really nothing that we're going to look at over here on the browser or we're not going to configure any of that for right now. So what we'll do is go over to the manage tab…
