Create a sheet index
- [Instructor] So once you've got a collection of sheets, it can be handy to have an index to list them all out so that it's easier to find the sheet you're looking for. So in this video, we're going to create a sheet list. Now, a sheet list is just a schedule. So if you know how to create a schedule then you already know the basics of creating a sheet list. So I'm going to access this from the right-click on the Schedules branch. So if you just locate the schedules and quantities branch here, right-click, you'll see that New Sheet List is a special kind of schedule. So I'll choose that. And then you'll get a list of all the available fields for sheets. So you can choose anything you like here. I'm going to keep this one pretty simple. And I'll add the sheet number. I'll add the sheet name, maybe the sheet issue date and then perhaps who drew the sheet. So you're welcome to choose whatever fields you like here. Now…
