- [Eric Wing] In this video, I'd like to set up some floor plans. We now know how to copy monitor, however, when we copy, it doesn't necessarily generate a course finding view. I'd like to show you how to do that. Under projects, let's go open, browse to where you're keeping your exercise files. I'll grab my Create Views model, and then click open. I want to go to our south elevations, so we can see our levels. But notice that even though when we've copy monitored levels in, we still only have floor plan 1 Mech and 2 Mech. That can't be! Let's go to our south elevation by double clicking on the little arrow. Zoom in on the levels that we had simply monitored and notice that the datum is blue for level two and level one. Meaning that, these levels already existed so therefore we have corresponding views that match them. However, if we go up to level three, notice that the datum is black, indicating that there is no corresponding view in the project browser. Let's change that. Go to the…
