Create family types and load into a project to test

- [Instructor] So to finish up this family, we're going to create a couple family types to have a few different predefined sizes. And then we'll load it into our project and make sure everything's working as we expect. So let's go ahead to family types and notice that I don't have any types at the moment. So you may recall that if you save a family and load it into a project without any types, that Revit will create a type for you and it will just use the same name as the family. So even if you only need one type, you might want to go ahead and click new type anyway so that you get to describe the name of that type anyway you'd like. Now it's not that big of a deal one way or the other, it's really a matter of preference. But sometimes it can be nice to actually choose your own name here. So what I'm going to do is use the overall dimensions to describe this type. So my overall width is 60, and I'll put in W for width.…
