- [Instructor] Just to show how I could do a LEED analysis, I'm looking at house by Frank Lloyd Wright. If you look on the north side of the house, you'll see lots of small windows tucked underneath the roof. If you look on the south side, you'll see larger windows that are kind of open to the patio. If I go to the floorplan, ground floor level, what I want to do is create an analysis for the building here. So I go to my Analyze tab, I go to Lighting, I'm going to click on the option that says, this is because there were previous studies done with this file, I'm just going to say Yes, to go on through here. I'm going to say Create A New Analysis. I'll say Go, it'll give me a list of what I can produce. I'm going to choose the later LEED standard, which is looking at a grid and deciding at 9 AM in the morning, at 3 PM in the afternoon, at the equinox, spring and fall, measuring daylight in there, what lies within 300 and 3000 lux on a grid that is 12 inches across the floors.
