Combining scale and proportion

- [Narrator] So we've looked at a few different ways to control the scale and proportion of the various families we've been building. We've looked at doing it manually by just inputting the values, tying two values together with a proportional relationship and a formula, and even using a multiplier to be able to change the proportion on the fly. In this video, I'd like to introduce a scale factor. And so if we add this one more parameter, then what we're going to really be doing is giving ourselves the ability to control the family in a couple of different ways. We're going to be able to control it proportionally, or by maintaining the proportions and just changing the scale. And doing that quickly with a single parameter. So let's get started here, I'm going to select this sweep that I have here on screen. And it's currently using a rectangular profile and I'm going to change that to this one that I've preloaded here, it's a version of our "Cyma" profile called "Cyma proportion." Now…
