Combining rotation and curvature
- [Instructor] In this video, I'm back in my Rotation_Seed, and I'm going to tie a few of the concepts together that we've looked at so far. Doors with rotational swing parameters are not the only place to use our rotation rig. You can use it for anytime you have rotation as part of a family. To illustrate that and to tie it back to the simple techniques we were using to control an arc curve previously, we're going to build a sweep here that uses an arc path and that arc path is going to be driven by this rotation. I've got my Floor Plan view here kind of stretched out a little bit larger, I'm going to zoom in just close enough so that we can actually get a nice good look at our rig here. Let me go directly to a Solid Sweep element. Now, when I click on Solid Sweep, the first thing you need to do is build a path. I'm going to sketch this path, so I'll click Sketch Path, and then that gives me all of my different Draw shapes. Let's use the Center-ends Arc option, and I want the center…
