- [Instructor] When it comes to energy analysis, a few rules need to be observed. These rules are universal for software that can read a B model. For example the model needs to be perfectly sealed. We must look at at our revit models in 2D views and especially in plane view. I strongly encourage you to check your work as you progress into multiple dimensions and views and not only at the end. You can have some bad surprises and may even have to restart the entire job. Always have a 3D view open and use the box tool to quickly check your work. For example, here in 3D. If I look around, I can imagine that this house is pretty finished, but is it that? Is it really?
