- [Instructor] In this video, I want to dig into the Calculation options that are available in Schedules a little bit. So, to do this, I'm going to work in a fairly simple file and a Room Schedule. So, I'm going to scroll down here, and I've got this schedule on the Schedules Branch under Working Schedules called, Room Areas. I'll double click that. Now, I'll open up that view. And this is a really simple schedule that has Room Number, Room Name, and Area. It's also got Comments over here. So, the areas here, you can see are just pulling straight from the rooms, and it might be nice to kind of group or otherwise organize the information a little bit by these areas, right. Maybe you're interested in, what's the biggest room or what's the smallest room? Now, you can certainly scan through the list there and try to find it, but there are a few things you can do on the Calculation tab to find that information for you…
