Attaching walls to roofs
- [Narrator] In this video, let's look at attaching the exterior walls to the underside of our roof. So as you can see here, the roofs look fine but we've got these big gaps up at the top of the walls and we probably want to do something about that. So the easiest way to do that is to use the attached top and base command for the walls. The way you get to that is by selecting a wall and then you'll find that button right there on the modified tab of the ribbon. Now, I could certainly do this one wall at a time by clicking attach and then clicking the roof there. And you'll see that that wall goes up and attaches to the underside of the roof. But I'm going to undo that. I think there's a more efficient way to do this by paying a little more attention to my selection first. So what we're going to do is use a chain selection option.
