- [Instructor] Once again we're in a new Revit project for you. It's called RevitProject_WALLS.rvt. And as usual you can download it from the website and use it to follow along as the exercise file for this particular video. Now you can see that we're in the 3D view this time when we open up this particular file. Now if you're not in the 3D view, you might be in say the level one floor plan. Just make sure that you go to the 3D view first like so. So we'll double click there. Do a little orbit. Hold down shift and the wheel of the mouse and you can see as you orbit round the building that it's a sloped roof all the way around the building like so. We're now going to go to the level one floor plan. This one here like so. And you can see the roof there sitting on the level one floor plan. I'm going to select the roof and what I'm going to do is I'm going to edit the roof footprint. As you can see, edit footprint is there on the ribbon. Now as soon as I do that, Revit goes into sketch…
