- [Teacher] Now I know you're anxious to get started learning new techniques that you'd need to begin managing your Revit workshare-enabled projects, but just to make sure that we're all on the same page, I'd like to just take a few moments and go through some of the overall concepts and terminology to make sure that we have a clear understanding. So let's start with just a really rough diagram of how the whole process works. We have a Central Model, we have multiple Local files, one for each user, and we have worksets and elements, which are the tools that we use to interact with the objects within our project. So it starts at the top with the Central Model. The Central Model is your master file. That master file lives up on a network server, and it should be accessible to all the users, and all users must access the server the same way.
