Adding walls
- [Instructor] Walls are perhaps the most basic element of any building, so naturally, it makes a certain amount of sense to be as comfortable with the Wall command as we can. So, in this video, I want to introduce you to the Wall command and look at several different options within it, and just basically give you an opportunity to doodle a few walls and to get comfortable with how the command functions. So, the file we're in is a very simple file for this purpose and on the Architecture tab, we'll click the Wall tool to get started or you can type the keyboard shortcut, w + a. Now the first thing you'll notice is that several things change in the interface and we've talked about this in some of the previous videos. We are taken to the modify tab, the modify tab changes to modify place wall. The draw panel appears, we have several draw shapes. Beneath the ribbon, we have the options bar, which populates with several options that pertain to walls. And then finally on the properties…
