Adding schedule views

- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to create a Schedule View. Now, we're going to create a simple Furniture Schedule. But I want to kind of emphasize that a Schedule View is really not that much different than a Floor Plan, elevation, or section. Where those views are graphical views and they look at a certain slice of the model and whatever they find in that slice, they draw those elements. What a Schedule does is it looks a slice of the model or a portion of the model and whatever it finds, it lists it out in a tabular view. Otherwise, they're both just live views of the model. Let's go ahead and create our first Schedule. I'm going to go to the View tab, and on the Schedule and Quantities dropdown, I'll choose that first item off the list, Schedules and Quantities. Here you'll see a complete list of all the Categories, and I'll scroll through and locate the Category that we want to create, Furniture, in this case, and that will suggest the name Furniture Schedule, which I'm…
