- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to move on and begin creating our side table family and we're going to start by laying down some reference planes. So if we take a look at our checklist here, we have decided what we want to do with this family and sketched out its behavior, we've chosen the furniture template to get started, and we're now ready to begin laying down the reference planes. So I'll switch over here to Revit. I've got a file open that represents where we left off. If your screen looks a little different than mine, just make sure that you open up the floor plan, the 3D view and the front and right elevations, and then you can do WT to tile those windows and ZA to zoom them all to fit. One of the things I'd like to do here is I want to focus less on any specific numbers that we're typing in and just kind of focus more on the concepts, so one of the things that we'll do to help us there is to change the…
