Adding plumbing fixtures and other components
- In this video, we're going to add several other components to our plan layout here. So we need, sometimes equipment, sometimes millwork or casework. Sometimes we need plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures and so on. All of those things can be added in Revvit but we typically do that with a single tool called the component tools. So if you go to the Architecture tab, you'll find this component tool here, this place component, it says. And if I click on that, and I open up the list of available components, the list of items I have is a little bit eclectic. I have a desk item. I have a parking space, a tree. I've got a few trim elements. It's a pretty general or generic list, but none of those items are actually the items that I want to place in this model. I want to place some fixtures in the toilet rooms. I want to place some appliances in the kitchen and some items in the utility room. So, we're going to go right…
