Adding plumbing fixtures and other components
- In this video, we're going to continue working on our two bedroom condominium layout and we're going to add some fixtures and appliances. So to do that, we're going to use the Component tool. If you think back to the video where we do doors and windows, each of those had their own dedicated buttons. So there's a door command here and a window command here. But to place many of the other categories in your model, they're all grouped together under a single button called Components. So this would include casework, and specialty equipment, and lighting fixtures, and appliances, and so on. Let's go ahead and click that command or type C + M. And you can see that it loads a desk onto my cursor. And so let's take a look over here on the Properties palette of what's already loaded in this model. So we have the desk, of course, we have a parking space, we have a tree. So there's a few other miscellaneous items, but none of those…
