- [Man] So now that we've seen how we can take a sweep element and use its built in rotation parameter to create a flexible door swing. What about other kinds of door panels? Like for example, what if your door actually has glazing in it, so its got some sort of a vision panel or other kind of glass panel within the overall panel. Well the trouble that we have with using a sweep here, is that we've drawn the shape of our sweep in a plan orientation, so we're drawing the long, thin rectangle and extruding that vertically to create the door panel. If we were drawing in elevation, it would be really easy to create doors with vision panels because you would just make two loops and you'd do one for the outer shape, and then one for the shape of the glazing.
