Adding occupants to rooms in the properties palette

- We're starting a new chapter now in our Revit course, and what we're going to be looking at is the ability to add occupants to the rooms for facilities management purposes. You've got all these lovely rooms showing up on the floor plan, but you want to know who's in them or which department is using them, or possibly even a person might be in there. Depends on what category you're using in your actual Revit model. So what we're going to do now is open up another Revit file, it's the 1031 Southeast Madison 07.rvt file, so so make sure you download the 07.rvt file from the library to follow along with the videos in this particular chapter. Now you'll notice I'm still in the 001 Room Names floor plan. It doesn't matter which floor plan that's got rooms allocated on it. can you see that, and it highlights the room, because then you get the identity data down here in the properties palette, So I can go in there and I can Just hit escape a couple of times to deselect that room, double…
