- [Instructor] Let's make a counter bracket. No long explanation here; we have a lot to do in one video. So, what I'd like to do is start a new family. Under families, let's go new. This will be a generic model; however, I want it to be face based. It's a lot easier to stick on a counter if it's face based. You just got to be careful when you're placing it. Generic model, face base, click open. So, this is our face. So we need to work below that. First thing I want to do, though, is set some reference plans, so I'm going to right click on this reference plan and I'm going to create similar. From the draw panel I'm going to click on pick lines, I'm going to offset 1.5 inches. Offset one up, and then one down, hit escape a couple times. Now on the measure panel I want to click align dimension. And I will pick here to here to here, and then pick a spot right here. Now, let's make sure we click EQ. So add another…
