Adding areas to the area plan

now in our course and we're going to look now at adding some areas and some area tags So we've got a new model for you. It's 1031 SE Madison_03.rdt And also make sure, in the project browser, that you're area plans Rentable and you're in the 001-Ground-RENTABLE plan like so and you'll see it on the screen there. You'll recognize it from the previous chapter where we set up the reception area part of the area plan. Now, what we're going to do is because we're in that area plan, we can specify our area boundaries and then we can specify our areas. So we're going to zoom in on the restroom here, there over to the left in the middle, in our Revit model. So we go back to the Architecture tab and we're going to add some more areas. So we do area boundaries first, remember? There's our area boundary there like so. And then we use the Draw tools to draw our areas or we can use the Pick Lines if you want as well. So if you use Pick Lines, this is quite a useful tool. You can highlight a line…
