- Okay. Want to know what I did? Well, the first thing I had to do was make a roof level. So what I'm going to do is go to my south elevation. If I come up here, notice that there's a roof level here but I don't have one. So what I'm going to do, is I'm going to go to my architecture tab. I'm going to click the level button on my datum panel. On my draw panel, I'm going to use my pick lines button. I'm going to pick the roof. I'm going to hit escape a couple times. I don't like the name of it, so I'm going to call it "roof." I'm going to click off of it. Revit's going to ask if I want to rename my corresponding views, meaning, do I want to name this Mechanical 3 in my project browser? I do, so I'm going to click yes. Now what I'm going to do, is I'm going to double-click on my roof plan, and go up there. What I want to do, is I want to put an AHU right here. I'm going to duck down to my first floor, then I'm actually going to hook my VAV into it. So I'm going to go to my systems tab…
