Looking at mechanical settings
- There are many settings in Revit. We can never really go through all of them but let's go through the important ones and locate where all the settings are at. Some settings is a symbology and scale are important to know. Especially if you're working at a picky firm. Jump into Revit Workflow 10. On the systems tab, you will see these little arrows. These all basically go to the same spot, but let's go ahead and click on mechanical settings right here. Let's just start at the top. Hidden line. Line styles, MEP hidden. You can hit the drop down, there's a bunch of them in there. So MEP hidden is I guess, appropriate. Small gaps, that's good, a 64th of an inch that works. We definitely want to draw MEP hidden lines. So in 3D if something's overlapping something, yeah, we should show it hidden. Duct settings, annotation scale.
