- [Instructor] When I first saw this one it reminded me of the time I threw all my AutoCAD list routines in the garbage after I saw Revit for the first time. This is my favorite. I can't tell you how many hours I've spent modeling hangers that have half the functionality of the hangers I'm about to show you. So, let's jump into Revit. Under projects let's start a new mechanical template. Let's go to systems. Under fabrication settings let's load some stuff. So I'm going to hit the dropdown here, and I'm going to go down to Revit MEP Metric Content V2.1. I'll select everything here. I'm going to add it. Let's click okay. And we can start modeling whatever we want. I going to hit the dropdown here. I guess I'll go to piping. I'll go to piping PVC. And I'll start modeling some pipe. As you can see we can kind of add it to the next, add it to the next. And again, if I put one up here, I can type t + r for trim, it'll add my pieces.
