- [Instructor] Let's see how to migrate an entire system over to fabrication part, shall we? What's going to happen is, if there are items such as air terminals, VAVs, or even flex ducts, there's no fabrication parts for that. So, instead of breaking, how about we'll ignore the non-participating components, but we'll still allow the connections to occur. The objective of this video is to model an intact supply system and convert it over to a pile of fabrication parts, then we'll add some accessories. To get started, let's jump into Revit, under Projects, let's go to Mechanical Template. I want to bring in an architectural model, so I'm going to go to Insert, then I'll dig the click on Link Revit. Browse to where you're keeping your exercise files, and open up the Architectural model. Select the model, let's pin it down. Let's click Edit Type. I want to make sure we turn on Room Bounding.
