Join Eric Wing for an in-depth discussion in this video Creating sheets, part of Revit 2020: Essential Training for MEP (Metric).
- [Instructor] Let's tie this thing together.…We've been modeling for a while.…We've been making all these views,…but no one in the world is going to see them except for us.…That's because we have to drag these onto a sheet.…What I'd like to do is go through…how to create sheets and how we display them.…Under Models let's go Open.…Browse to where you're keeping your exercise files,…and I'm going to grab Workflow-01.…I'm going to click Open.…I'm going to slide this over a bit.…Doesn't matter what the view is that we wind up in.…
What does matter is we're going to…scroll down in our Project Browser,…and we're going to add our sheets.…Right here right click on Sheets all,…and let's go to New Sheet.…All we have here is A1 metric.…If you're at a firm, chances are you have titleblocks.…If not, congratulations,…you're the first one using Revit there.…Click OK.…That's it.…Easy enough, right?…Now let's scroll up…to let's say…HVAC Floor Plan Level 1.…
All we need to do is click Level 1, hold it, and drag it.…We're going to put that on a sheet.…
