- [Instructor] In Revit, you'll find that it kind of works downstream, one thing leads to another. What I mean by that is we have receptacles in our model already, but we can't circuit 'em. Why not? 'Cause we don't have a panel to circuit 'em to. The objective of this video is to bring in a panel, give it a name, and give it a distribution system. Under projects, let's go to Open. Browse through where you're keeping your exercise files, and in Adding Panels, I'm going to grab my electrical project panels. Let's click Open. Let's make sure we're in the right view. So in the project browser, under electrical, power, floor plans, let's make sure we're in level one. I want to zoom into this room right here. I want to place a panel on this wall right here. Go to the Systems tab. On the electrical panel, let's go to electrical equipment. Now we'll see that the template comes pre-loaded with a bunch of different panels.
