Working with section tags
- This movie will talk about sections. Sections have some similarities to elevations in the way that you want to treat them when you are customizing your template, but there's also some unique considerations as well. I'm in a file, here, called "Sections," and I've added a couple of things to it. First of all I've added just a simple box here, four walls, in order to give us some context. Now, ultimately you'll want to delete those walls when you save out your template, but it can be helpful to actually have some wall geometry in the template as you're working just to have a little bit of surrounding context. Next, I've got these three section objects here on screen. Now, when you use the "Section" command, and I'm going to get it here on the quick-access toolbar, there's actually three types that are available. There's a Detail section, a Building Section, and a Wall Section. Now, those three types just simply came from the template file that I used to start my template file, that…
