Now it's pretty common in architectural projects for you to have more than one floor plan for a particular project, maybe you have a multi-story building, it might be five floors or ten floors, and on each of those floors you might have a floor plan, and a furniture plan, and a power plan, and it would probably be pretty important for you that you had the same categories showing, and the same things customized on each of those views, and you certainly don't want to have to go into each of those views and do all those steps manually, because that would be not only time consuming, but also prone to error. So this is where a view template comes in in Revit. With a view template we can capture all of the graphical settings of a particular view and then we can apply those settings to other views anytime we need to. So let me show you a really simple example of working with view templates here with this Level 1 Furniture plan and Level 1 Power plan. So the…
