Purging unused content
- Depending on whether you began your template file from scratch or by saving one of the provided Auditus templates, you may have accumulated some items in your file that need to be removed. While it's possible to purge the items at any time, waiting until you work on the template is mostly complete makes a good amount of sense. In this movie, we'll look at ways to remove unwanted items from your template file before making it live to your team. So, I'm actually going to look at three different strategies that you can use to remove unwanted items. And the first one that I'll look at is the Purge Unused command. So, I'm gonna go to the Manage tab and on the Settings panel, I'll click Purge Unused. Now, a dialogue appears that lists out all of the items grouped by the kind of item and the category. So, you can see I have a Families branch here, listed by category. And then down beneath that, I have several other items as well like Textiles, Dimensions Styles, and so on. At the very…
