Plotting and creating a PDF
- [Instructor] In this video we're going to talk about output. And you can output your documents to either a physical printer or you can generate a digital plot like a PDF. So, in this example I'm going to plot a PDF, but the steps are the same either way. So, you go to the File menu and highlight Print, and there are three options here, Print, Print Preview and Print Setup. And you can actually get to all three from the Print dialog, so we'll just simply go there. Now the first thing that you want to do at the top is choose the printer, because that kind of drives everything else that's available here. So, I'm going to open up my list of choices here, and choose Print to PDF. Now the choices you have will obviously vary, depending on what printers you have installed. So you're welcome to choose whatever printer you have available to you. Now, there are some options here for what we want to print. So let's skip over the file area for now, and go right down to Print Range. We've got…
