Framing and adding a curtain-wall door

- I always get this question: "Hey, I'm trying to add a door to my curtain wall, "and Revit won't let me." Well, that's because a curtain wall door isn't quite the same as a door you would stick in a regular wall. It's located in the door's directory but it's actually a curtain panel. The objective of this video is to go find some doors and load one into our project. We're going to unpin a panel and replace it with that door. To get started, let's jump into our Revit model, or whatever Revit model you may have open. This is the door I want to add but to do that, let's bring a door into our model. Let's click the "Insert" tab, let's click "Load Family". In the US Imperial directory, let's go down to Doors. Notice that we have a couple Curtain Wall Doors. You may find that these doors won't go into a regular wall, but will only go into a curtain wall. I'm going to grab "Curtain Wall-Store Front-Dbl" and I'm going to hit "Okay".
