Adding the purlins

- Chapter 406, we're adding purlins and we're going to trim out the ends of the purlins to match the rafters. I've already created the reference planes. So there's one there and one there. We've already had this one. There's nothing this side 'cause we can just simply mirror across. If we go to the East elevation, we can also see our reference planes here, here and here. Same the other side. What we're going to do is just hide this roof for now, right click and then hide in view element. So that's ready for us to trim out. On the South elevation, I've marked in the positions from the reference plane that we're using level two which has the same reference plane as a roof. So if we adjust the reference plane either level, then the roof's going to move up or down, the purlins will also move up or down and the wall, which is attached to the roof will also move up and down. So it's quite a good little solution to this.…
