Record automation of synth parameters

Record automation of synth parameters: Learning Reason 9
Record automation of synth parameters: Learning Reason 9

Recording automation can be used to program volume fades, effect mutes or unmutes, wet/dry effect levels, as well as for automating synth parameters such as the filter cutoff frequency or LFO modulation amount. Recording engineer and music producer Matt Piper shows you how to record automation in realtime, so that movements made with knobs or faders on your MIDI controller or your cursor are recorded exactly. You will also learn how to draw automation directly into the sequencer using the Pencil Tool in Reason 9.
