Live sampling: Learning Reason 9
Live sampling: Learning Reason 9

In Reason 9, live sampling is possible at any time, even during recording and playback of your project. The NN-19 Sampler, the NN-XT Advanced Sampler, the Kong Drum Designer, and the Redrum Drum Computer all allow quick and easy sampling of any audio source connected to your audio interface. Learn how to properly connect the sampling input in Reason, how to record a vocal sample and instantly play it on any key on your MIDI controller keyboard, and also how to record a finger-snap sample that is triggered by a pad on the Kong Drum Designer, as demonstrated and explained by audio engineer and music producer Matt Piper.
