This simplified approach is highly dependent on Flux and the functional programming paradigm. Now if you've never heard of either of these terms, don't worry, this course starts out by defining functional programming and Flux, as well as showing how they've influenced the development of Redux. Once we understand where Redux came from and why we need it, we'll begin working on the client data layer for a small application. We'll wrap this course up by integrating our Redux store into a view layer made of React components. Now I'm pretty excited to introduce you to Redux. I hope you're excited too, let's get started.
- What is Redux?
- Building object and array reducers
- Combining reducers
- Creating a store
- Creating middleware
- Building action creators
- Incorporating React components
