React is great framework, I know that for me it was really hard to understand at first, but once you get used to the main concepts, it's easy to use. If you want to learn more about react, the best place to go is the react site: https://facebook.github.io/react. There's a lot of good stuff in there including the documentation as well as a starter kit where you can download a complete copy of the framework with lots of examples.
