About app deployment
- Application Deployment comprises activities that make a software system available for use. The general deployment process consists of several interrelated activities with possible transitions between them. These activities can occur at the producer side or at the consumer side or both. Because every software system is unique, it's difficult to define the exact process. However, deployment should be interpreted as the process that results in deployment of software to end users. Deployment of applications involve several distinct steps, which we'll discuss now. The release step follows the development process and, in fact, could be classified as being part of it, as opposed to the deployment process.
