- [Instructor] If you are using QuickBooks Pro Plus or QuickBooks Enterprise, you can take pictures of your receipts and automatically send them to the desktop version of QuickBooks. The first thing you'll need to do is download the QuickBooks Desktop Expenses app, from the iOS Apple Store or the Google Play Store. Now, it's important to note that this is not QuickBooks Online. This is an app that's going to send your receipts up to your desktop version. I've downloaded the app and I'll tap Open. I do need to first log in to my Intuit account, and once I do, I'll see all the company files that's attached to that username. In this case, Two Trees Olive Oil is already all set up, so I just had to tap it. Now it's going to link those expenses and send them to that file. So I'll get started by tapping Snap Receipt.
