You've sent the invoice and have done a…cash sale, you've received your payments and you've either…already deposited the cheques in the bank physically, or…you're about to at the end of the day.…You need to tell QuickBooks about it, so that your…deposit in your QuickBooks matches up to your physical bank statements.…When we process the payment, it got…grouped into an account called Undeposited Funds.…QuickBooks will take that amount, and record the bank deposit, and…then it will clear out the undeposited funds…of those checks that you chose to deposit.…
